To strengthen ties and share knowledge and experiences between subsidiaries, our Europe team reestablished the Stoller Tour Visit Program this year, visiting Brazil and Stoller South Africa to meet colleagues and our customers.
A total of 20 Europe’s team members and soybean producers were able to meet colleagues from the different locations and work together on various activities to support technical training from our Brazilian colleagues. Additionally, they were also able to visit Stoller’s research center for soybeans and tour large plantations in different parts of the country to learn about Stoller’s proven track record in helping growers succeed.
Our European team located in Spain also hosted colleagues and customers from South Africa to exchange experiences on crops and solutions due to the similar climatic conditions in both areas. Apart from technical sessions at the headquarters, they visited numerous greenhouses, horticultural fields, and citrus crops in the southern part of the country to discuss the challenges of agriculture and how to solve them with Stoller Solutions.
The program successfully brought Stoller colleagues from the different subsidiaries together, and allowed them to better understand our customers’ needs, both from a crop and business perspective. Furthermore, the teamwork and the time spent with customers have contributed to improve the alignment between strategies and to position Stoller as a real solution for crops in different parts of the world.
