As we had previously announced, at Stoller Europe we begun the formulation and implementation of the Gender Equality Plan for all of our people with the help of the law firm Devesa & Calvo Abogados, whose Labor Area has extensive experience in this type of projects.
In this first stage, internal votes have been carried out to select the members that will form the Stoller Europe Gender Equality Commission. After their election and, once they have met with our General Manager, Sergio Aguilar, the objectives have been established and the articles of incorporation have been signed in the presence of the lawyers Pablo Miralles and José Luis Valverde.
Here are the four members of the Stoller Europe Gender Equality Commission:
Lara Carreño
Lara is part of the People department of Stoller Europe, covering the areas of personnel administration, selection, hiring, training and Prevention of Occupational Risks.
Our colleague plans, coordinates and controls the policies that promote the development of people, placing them at the center of the company.
Maurício Andrião
Maurício works on the development of the organizational structure and the market of the subsidiaries that shape the EMEA region, especially in Stoller South Africa where he is also a Manager.
In our subsidiary he collaborates in the commercial and strategic development of the countries that form Stoller Europe together with Vicente Iñiguez and Sergio Aguilar.
Elodie Brans
Elodie works as Area Manager in our commercial team, with a great strategic and business vision.
From the commercial area, Elodie is developing the markets of France and Switzerland, coordinating and implementing commercial, marketing and product actions.
Santiago Pascual
Santiago is part of the IT team, from where he manages the Stoller Europe technology platform.
His job is to develop and maintain the good condition of technical supports and IT equipment, making the technological processes of all Stoller Europe collaborators more accessible.
